EDUCATIONAL NOTICE

FOR ADMISSION INTO 3-YEARS DIPLOMA IN ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY COURSES FOR THE SESSION-2024-25

Online applications are invited from the candidates who are Permanent Resident of Assam and candidates applying under Central Govt. Employees quota for registration for admission into 3-years Diploma in Engineering and Technology Courses in State Government Polytechnics of Assam (except Modern Office Management course of PCPS GP) for the session 2024-25.

Advertisement for Modern Office Management will be published later on.

How to apply:

Candidates are to apply online by opening the www.dte.assam.gov.in and click on Polytechnic Admission 2024-25 and open the link Online Application portal for admission into the State Government Polytechnics of Assam for the session 2024-25. The online registration portal will be opened at 4.00 pm. on 1st June, 2024 to 15th June, 2024. No other mode of application will be accepted.

Eligibility Criteria and Age limit (for all Diploma in Engineering & Technology Courses)

Candidate must pass the H.S.L.C. or its equivalent examination in single sitting with Mathematics and Science as compulsory subjects. Candidates also must have passed individually in both Theory and Practical examinations in Mathematics and Science.

2. In case of difficulty for applying online, candidates may take help / assistance from their nearest Polytechnic/ Institution under Directorate of Technical Education, Assam and also contact the help centre provided in the Online portal and as given below.

Application Fee: For Counselling & Admission Process for admission into the State Government Polytechnics of Assam: An application fee (non-refundable) of Rs.300/- [plus bank charges as applicable] is to be paid using payment link. The details of payment will be given in the online portal. Candidates are required to carefully follow the steps while applying online.
